By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products

All artworks are original and created by Steven Peter. Details such as size, medium, and materials are described on each product page. Colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences.

2. Orders

Orders are processed upon full payment. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If a work becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes (if any). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details.

4. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on your location and artwork type. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Copyright & Usage

All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright. Reproduction or resale without written permission is prohibited.
